Job Responsibilities

(1) R&D personnel

1. Complete the new product development tasks assigned by the company

2. Compare and test the pros and cons of various product performances, and make reasonable improvements in product formulations

3. Publish popular science product papers and core journals

4. Immediately follow and understand the research and development progress and trends of domestic and foreign counterparts

(2) Technical personnel

1. Complete on-site technical services for the company’s products and provide customers with technical solutions

2. Complete the technical promotion of the company's products

3. Technical training, testing, and control within the company

4. Collect technical information from peers

5. Do a good job in technical communication with customers

1. College degree or above, major in chemical molecular engineering into polymer materials and related majors

2. Skilled use of relevant experimental equipment and testing equipment

3. Serious and responsible work, rigorous and meticulous

4. Good communication skills and teamwork spirit
